Refund policy

For change-of-mind returns, contact us at thepocketspot@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

This policy doesn’t limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws. If you believe your item is faulty, not as described, or otherwise covered by those rights, contact us at thepocketspot@outlook.com.
